The second phase of the Charlemont Street Regeneration Project in Dublin 2 which consists of the demolition and site clearance of four existing residential block of flats and the construction of multi-storey blocks which include circa 23,000m² of basement over two levels, over 290 apartments and 45,000m² of retail and A grade office space.

Supply of Readymix Concrete for entire project.
